Glam Gothic Rock was a term coined by Brazilian journalist Lord A in 2004 to describe bands heavily influenced by 80's glam metal and gothic rock.Lord A says "those bands rely on the basic aspects, both on sound and imagery, of gothic rock and hard rock to create dark yet energetic music, often using pop music structure to achieve it".
